Uses: Traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve digestive spasms (antispasmodic) and nausea and vomiting (antiemetic).

Common uses: Very fragrant plant like all Lamiaceae, it is used mainly for its anti-emetic effects. It relieves nausea, vertigo and vomiting. It is used mainly to relieve the symptoms of vertigo labyrinthitis caused by the dysfunction of the inner ear (such as Menière's syndrome). In external use, used since antiquity in ointment to relieve wounds, ulcers and dog bite.

Dosage herbal tea: Infuse a table spoon in a cup of boiling water, cover, steep for 5 minutes and filter. Drink 1 to 3 cups a day.

Cautions: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not take in high doses or on a long term.
