When you have a fungus infection, for better results, it would be beneficial during this treatment to avoid certain foods that nourish the fungi.

Avoid eating processed foods, avoid all foods high in sugar such as; (Desserts, biscuits, sweets, candy, ice cream, yogurt or sweetened cereals ...), do not use sugar, molasses, honey or maple syrup either. Avoid pickles, ketchup, mustard, anything that contains vinegar and yeast (bread, pizza). Also avoid anything that contains cheeses and avoid eating mushrooms. And especially avoid all spirits, wines and beers.                                             The coffee is acidifying; it is also to be proscribed.

Drink plenty of water or herbal teas, eat lots of fresh vegetables, Add olive oil, linseed ... and gomasio (roasted sesame seeds and sea salt) to your salads. Eat small amounts of whole grains like brown rice, millet, quinoa ... (Avoid bread and potatoes), eat natural crackers or rice cake (no sugar). Eat fresh walnuts (avoid roasted nuts and rancid or old nuts). You can eat in small quantities some non-acidic fruits (melons, pears, mango, and plums), no dried fruits (dates ...). As proteins, eat legumes, fish, poultry, unprocessed meats (no cold meats).                                                         Consume probiotics supplement and / or plain yogurt.

Have good personal hygiene and a healthy lifestyle. Avoid living in a place contaminated by mold.
