Goldenrod (organic Herbal Tea)

The Latin origin of its name, solidum agere, means "to repair" or "to regenerate." This beautiful plant with its yellow flowers in August, which can be seen everywhere in our countryside, is so useful, and has been for a very long time! Native Americans made poultices from it to treat wounds or snakebites. In the past, Europeans also used goldenrod (Solidago virgaurea) to treat urinary problems, colic, and liver ailments.

Organic dried flowering tops of Goldenrod (Solidago Canadensis), 30g.

Instructions: Infuse one heaped tablespoon in a cup of boiling water, cover, infuse for 5 to 10 minutes, strain.
