Summer Trail, organic herbal tea, 15g.

In the bee balms, a lively hum, a ruby-throated green movement, a metallic flash. Hummingbirds are busy, gathering nectar, alternating between hovering in place and disappearing in a flash. This herbal tea is inspired by their unique presence in our gardens!

Ingredients: Lemon balm (leaves), Cosmos (petals), Bee balm (flowers), Mallow (petals)

Directions

Steep one to two teaspoons in a cup of simmering water, steep for 5 minutes, strain, and enjoy! Adjust the amount of herbs and steeping time according to your desired taste or the effect you are looking for!
