Peppermint (organic Herbal Tea)

Refreshing in summer, drink it iced, or add it to your water bottle during sports activities (along with nettle and oats to replace minerals lost through sweat). Peppermint tea has a powerful digestive effect.

Organic dried peppermint leaves (Mentha X piperita), 30g.

Instructions: Infuse one heaped tablespoon in a cup of boiling water, cover, infuse for 5 minutes and strain.
