Calendula (organic Herbal Tea)

Organic dried calendula or garden marigold (Calendula officinalis) flower heads, 30g.

Instructions : Infuse one tablespoon in a cup of boiling water, cover, infuse for 5 minutes, strain.

Also useful for external use, this herbal tea can be used as a lotion, hair lotion, vaginal douche, compress or mouth rinse.
