Burdock Root (organic Herbal Tea)

This plant is easily recognizable by its fruit, which is covered in hooks that inspired the inventor of Velcro. Native to Europe and Asia, it now grows wild in North America. Its very deep taproot (up to 1 meter) yields a very flavorful herbal tea once dried.

Organic dried burdock root (Arctium lappa), 100g.

Directions for use: (Adults) Infuse one tablespoon in a cup of boiling water, cover, infuse for 5-10 minutes and strain.

Or as a decoction; let it simmer for a few minutes, remove from heat and infuse for 5 minutes and filter.
