Marshmallow Root (organic Herbal Tea)

Harvested before the first frosts in autumn, marshmallow root is rich in mucilage.

Organic dried Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis) roots, 100g.

Instructions: Simmer for 3 minutes, one heaped tablespoon in a cup of boiling water, cover, infuse for 8-10 minutes, strain.

Combines nicely with other plants (licorice, chamomile...).
