Indications: Traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve cough, inflammation of mucous membranes during infection of the upper respiratory tract, peptic ulcer and / or cystitis.

Ingredient: Organic Dry Marshmallow Roots (Althaea officinalis).

Dosage: Simmer 3 minutes, a tablespoon filled in a cup of boiling water, cover, infuse 5-10 minutes, filter. Drink 1 to 3 cups a day.
