Actions: PMS, helps regulate the menstrual cycle, menopause (hot flashes), and pro-progesteronic, galactogenic.

Indications:  Used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve premenstrual symptoms, as a hormone normaliser to help stabilise menstrual cycle irregularities and to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause, such as hot flushes.

• PMS Premenstrual symptoms (sore breasts or painful belly, irritability, depressive state, migraine, edema, acne ...)
• Endometriosis / Menstrual pain.
• Regulator of the hormonal system.
• Menopause / night and daytime hot flashes.
• Pro-progesteronic.
• Galactogen (stimulates lactation)

Dosage adults: Infuse 1 heaped tablespoon in a cup (250ml) of boiling water, cover, infuse 10 minutes and filter. Drink 1 to 3 cups per day. Optional: add a little stevia, honey or maple syrup (to taste).

Ingredient: Vitex (Chaste berry) Vitex agnus castus organic dried fruit.

Duration of use: Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects.
