Ingredient: Lemon (Citrus limon) organic dried peel (zest).

Use and Directions: Dried lemon zest concentrates the citrus flavor so that a small amount of zest creates a lot of flavor. Add ½ teaspoon of this zest to your favorite herbal tea or green tea at the time of preparation. Optional; Add to this herbal tea or tea a little stevia, honey or maple syrup (to taste).
