Dosage and use: Adults: Pour 250 ml (1 cup) of boiling water over 1 heaping table (2.5g) of this tea, cover and steep for 5-10 minutes, strain and drink 3 cups a day. Take a few hours before or after taking drugs or natural health products.

Contraindications: Avoid during lactation, pregnancy and if you are diagnosed with breast cancer positive for estrogen, endometriosis or uterine fibroids.
