Actions: Sedative, relaxing, insomnia, antispasmodic (relaxes muscular pains and spasms), analgesic and hypertension.

Medicinal Ingredient: Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) fresh organic roots (1:2) 500 mg / ml. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: 50% Organic sugar cane ethyl alcohol, water.

Indications: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid and to help relieve nervousness (calming / sedative).

• Tranquilizing, sedative, relaxing.
• Antispasmodic, analgesic, painkiller.
• Antispasmodic / Relieves cramps and relaxes muscular pains and spasms. / Menstrual pains.
• Hypotensive / Lowers blood pressure.
• Migraines due to neck strain and nervousness.

Dosage (adults): Take in a little water;

• Nervousness: 0.6ml (18 drops) 3-4 times a day.
• Sleep Aids: Take a single 2ml dose (60 drops) 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Sleep Aid: Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists beyond 3 weeks (chronic insomnia).

Known adverse reactions: Some people may feel drowsiness.
