Actions: Sedative, tranquilizing, anxiolytic, PMS, tremors, restlessness, antispasmodic, palpitations and hypertension.

Medicinal ingredient: Organic skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora) (fresh flowering stem) (1:2) 500 mg / ml. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: 50% Organic sugar cane ethyl alcohol, water.

Indications: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help sleep (stress-related agitation or insomnia), relieve nervousness and menstrual pain.

• Soothing fortifier of the nervous system.
• Sedative, tranquilizer, anxiolytic (anxiety, anguish).
• Antispasmodic, muscle and menstrual pains.
• Nerve tensions / Tremors / nervous tics.
• Restless legs (impatience of legs in bed).
• Tensions during PMS (premenstrual syndrome).
• Palpitations, high blood pressure.

Dosage: Adults: Take 0.5ml (15 drops) in a little water 2 to 4 times a day.

Cautions : Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Interactions: May decrease the effect of immunosuppressant.

Can be combined:

• With Vitex during PMS with dysregulation of the menstrual cycle, swollen breasts ...
• With Yarrow during menstrual cycle disruption.
• With Oats, Holy basil and / or Ashwagandha if nervous fatigues, nervous exhaustion.
