Indications: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a diuretic, as an adjunct to increase the flow of urine to empty the urinary canal (the urethra) in cases of minor urinary disorders. Traditionally used in herbal medicine to help increase the flow of bile (choleretic) and treat digestive disorders (indigestion).

Ingredient: Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) organic dried leaf.

Dosage: (Adults) Infuse a tablespoon in a cup of boiling water, cover, infuse 3-5 minutes and filter. Drink 2 to 3 cups a day.

Duration of use: (Diuretic) / For occasional use only, not more than one week at a time.

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid if latex allergy. Do not use if you have liver or gallbladder disorders or intestinal obstruction. Discontinue use if symptoms of liver disorders occur. Do not take if you are already taking diuretic medications.
