Ingredient: Chinese Angelica / Dong Quai, (Angelica sinensis) organic dried roots.

Dosage: (Adults) as a decoction; simmer a heaping teaspoon per cup of boiling water in a pot for a few minutes, remove from heat, steep for 10 minutes and strain. Drink 2 to 3 cups a day.

Duration of use: Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 months.

Contraindications: Do not use this plant if you are pregnant or if you suffer from hypermenorrhea (heavy periods) or if you have diarrhea or hemorrhagic diseases.
