Organic medicinal ingredients (fresh plants): (1:2 500mg/ml) Valerian Valeriana off. root 190mg, skullcap Scutellaria lateriflora herb top 60mg, lemon balm Melissa officinalis herb top 100mg, catnip Nepeta cataria herb top 70mg, California poppy Eschscholzia californica herb top 40mg, poppy Papaver rhoeas  flowers 40mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: 50% organic ethyl alcohol, water.

Dosage adults and teens aged 13 years and older: Take one dose in a little water, 30-45 drops 30-60 minutes before bedtime. 1 ml = 30 drops.
